Hello! Our names are Garrett and Corrie Blackwelder, and we’re a husband and wife Realty Team, Two Palms Realty. In 2004 we decided to drop our Realty Company and start renting it ourselves, we had fantastic results...so many responses that we had to start giving away clients to our friends. So now, we rent our two properties along with two other houses, and we'd love to share part of our success with you!

  We’re both graduates from East Carolina University. We currently reside in Grimesland, NC. (approx. 90 miles from Topsail)

Garrett was born and raised in Mount Olive, North Carolina, and played for the ECU Basketball team (1996-2000).  Garrett was a Business major with a minor in Marketing. He is a Registered Investment Advisor, Real Estate Broker, and owner of his Sweepstakes Gaming Company, Figure 8 Group, Inc.  A true entrepreneur!

              I grew up in Ocean City, New Jersey.  My goal was to head south for college…so I ended up at ECU. Needing a job, I started working for the Men’s Basketball team where Garrett and I met, and we’ve been together ever since.  I love North Carolina, it's a beautiful state.  I was a Communications major with minors in Science and Marketing. Out of college I got a job as a pharmaceutical representative…loved it, but after 4 years I needed to move on for the sake of mine and Garrett’s future.   

We're happy to announce as of Sept. of 2007 our Two Palms turned into Three...we had a precious baby girl...meet
