The nicely decorated, reverse and open floor plan allows for a comfortable setting. Every room has a breathtaking view of the water, along with your own private access to 1 of 4 large decks.

Upstairs includes the dining room area, full kitchen with bar, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs includes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. There is also a dry entrance access for your convenience when the weather is bad. You will have the luxury of large decks to capture the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, with a good chance of catching a glance of some dolphins. To guarantee your week, half of the total is due up front, and the remaining is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. A $600 security deposit will be held, and returned unless there are damages or renters have not complied with the signed rental agreement.
There is 13% tax: (state (7%), county (%3), town (%3)). A $125 fee for the Hot Tub. And $40 Booking Fee.
** We rent Saturday- Saturday.
**We accommodate stays less than a week in the off and mid season only.

**We do NOT supply linens (sheets, blankets, bath and beach towels)...you'll have the option of bringing your own or renting from www.topsailsunsationalrentals.com -we do supply comforters, pillows, and kitchen towels.
