Upstairs, in the living room, includes a big screen TV with DVD player, dining room area, full kitchen with bar, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs includes four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. There is also a dry entrance access for your convenience. You will also have the luxury of 4 large decks...2 off the back, viewing the Intracoastal Waterway (where you'll see lots of boats...big and small), and 2 more decks off the front to capture the panoramic view of the Ocean (where you'll have a good chance of catching a glance of some dolphins, shrimp boats, and much more...) The front decks are also a great place to relax with a book, or watching the sunrise over the ocean while having your morning coffee... you'll discover why everyone comes back to this Hidden Treasure... To guarantee your week, half of the total is due up front, and the remaining is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. A $600 security deposit will be held, and returned unless there are damages or renters have not complied with the signed rental agreement.
There is 13% tax: (state (7%), county (%3), town (%3)). A $125 Pool fee. And $40 Booking Fee.
** We rent Saturday- Saturday.
**We accommodate stays less than a week in the off and mid season only.
**Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
**We do NOT supply linens (sheets, blankets, bath and beach towels)...you'll have the option of bringing your own or renting from www.topsailsunsationalrentals.com -we do supply comforters, pillows, and kitchen towels.
